Jaclyn Hill is back and better than ever after she shocked fans with her first YouTube video in two months where she talks about some new additions to her life and introduces fans to her long-term boyfriend.

And apparently sometimes all it takes is a few steps back because this much-needed hiatus looks real good on Jaclyn Hill.

Now more than ever, a little tap of the ‘refresh’ button is absolutely necessary, so maybe we should all be taking a page or two out of Jaclyn’s book.

Fans were surprised to see a new YouTube notification from Jaclyn after a two-month-long hiatus where she decided to take a step back from “everything” going on in her life following some “devastating” family news.

Yesterday’s video marked the first time Jaclyn featured her boyfriend of over a year and a half, Jordan Farnum AKA “the love of her life” on her channel, so it’s safe to say her return back to YouTube was a pretty monumental one.

In the 36-minute video, titled “Q&A CHALLENGE WITH MY BOYFRIEND” Jaclyn explained why she decided to share a more fun and upbeat video, saying QUOTE, “I wanted to do something lighthearted because everything going on in

the world right now. There’s so much craziness, so much happening, so much devastation and I just felt like I need to get back on camera and have a good time.”

She added that there’s still a lot of personal stuff going on in her life that she’d prefer to explain at a different time, so why not bring a little light into peoples’ lives who need it?

In the video, Jaclyn put Jordan to the test with the help of some fan-voted questions posted to her Instagram stories, and not gonna lie, the outcome was actually pretty adorable.

The two even got down to the nitty-gritty, asking each other questions like, “What’s my favorite pair of shoes in my closet?” and naming all of Jordan’s albums he’s made… But apparently they learned a few new things about each other, like when Jordan asked Jaclyn what medical profession he went to school to study: Mind. Blown…. But even after a year and a half of dating, there’s apparently still some details that managed to slip by.

But if you guys recall, Jaclyn shared the first photo of Jordan to her social media account just six months after her split with her ex husband Jon Hill after nine years together.

She’s managed to keep Jordan a mystery to fans, only sharing some photos via Instagram, but never featuring him on her channel until now.

It seems as though fans are welcoming Jaclyn back with open arms and LOVING on Jordan.

Many took to the comments of her video to write positive messages about the happy couple, like this user who wrote, “Just go get married today. Game over. Jordan is nothing but good vibes.”

Jaclyn’s newfound happiness seems to be a breath of fresh air since the start of her hiatus, which she credited to prioritizing her mental health.

Although she’s not quite ready to open up about everything she’s been through, Jaclyn shared last month via Twitter why she’s been so absent on social media.

She wrote, “I’ve decided to make my health my #1 priority. I briefly opened up about it in my video but it’s very deep & I need help.”

In another tweet, she said, “I know you guys want makeup tutorials & videos. So do I! But I am currently spending 6-8 hours a day with doctors, IV’s & therapists because I am determined to get back to where I need to be. Please understand that I love you & can’twait for our future.”

We’re happy to hear Jaclyn is in a much better place, and trust me when I say that the makeup videos can WAIT, you guys.

I gotta be honest, I’m happy her comeback WASN’T a makeup related video because it seems all of her past makeup vids just get her into heaps of trouble!

We can live without them for a little while longer, so relax and go read a book or do something chill for the time being.
